• Scalini Rustic Grill Scalini’s new Rustic Grill menu features dishes designed for sharing ‘Thai style’ such as suckling pig Segovia style, and fideuà - a traditional Spanish seafood dish similar to paella but made with noodles. Dishes prepared on the rustic grill and stone oven include wild Atlantic cod and imported beef cheek slow cooked in Porto sauce. The Atlantic seafood platter features bonito and sardines in extra virgin olive oil, mussels and marinated white anchovies. Steak lovers will enjoy the Chef’s Knife menu with strip loin and rib eye beef from the Rangers Valley ranch in Australia. The signature Tomahawk steak is from beef reared in northern Spain.
